Here's how this works.
Your company commits to a monthly retainer covering a set number of employee consults each month. Employees book directly into a live calendar via a company's own bespoke link. They pick a time that works for them (early mornings and evenings included, so no one has to disappear from their desk), complete a short intake form before their first consult and receive personal notes afterwards as well as a check a couple of weeks later.
Each consult is 55 minutes of focused, one-to-one nutrition support with a qualified nutritionist. It's not a generic wellness chat; but a proper clinical conversation built around that individual.
Consults cover everything from energy and fatigue to hormone health, gut symptoms, blood sugar balance, weight management, hydration and nutrition for focus and cognitive performance.
Why a retainer model?
Because one-off perks don't change behaviour. A standing benefit that employees can access on demand is the kind of support that actually gets used, builds trust and shows up in your culture.
This is the model companies like Amazon already use for nutrition support. It's cost-effective, scalable and measurable: you receive a monthly anonymised trend report so you can see uptake and engagement without any individual data.
Any consults used beyond the retainer are simply charged at the end of the month - always at the most favourable rate, never penalising you for growth.
Nutrition is the next frontier in preventative employee health.
Companies investing here are seeing real results: reduced absenteeism, lower staff turnover and a measurable return on wellbeing spend. Almost no one is doing it this way yet.
Be ahead of the curve.
