Nuala McBride is a dual registered Nutritionist under AfN (UK) & ANTA (Australia). She is now based out of the UK, but holds a unique blend of international experience and personal insight, shaped by her own journey with coeliac disease. Founder of The Nutritious Way (est. 2021), Nuala empowers clients to achieve lasting health through a science-backed, food-first approach that blends compassion with evidence.
At the heart of her work are three key pathways of support: the gut microbiome, hormone balance, and vaginal health. Clients often arrive seeking help in one of these areas, but many discover the powerful interplay between them. With functional testing at the core of her practice, Nuala uses data-driven insights to create targeted, personalised protocols that address root causes rather than symptoms.
Her services include bespoke meal plans, designed to keep clients nourished, energised, and on track, alongside short- and long-term 1:1 programs that support sustainable lifestyle changes. After living in Manly, Sydney Australia for nearly 4 years, she's now based out of Saffron Walden (Essex) in the UK - serving Cambridge and London for in person consults, as well as online sessions for clients further afield.
