About
Nuala McBride is registered as a Nutritionist under AfN (UK) (and previously ANTA in Australia whilst she resided there). She is now based out of the UK, but holds a unique blend of international experience and personal insight, shaped by her own journey with coeliac disease. Founder of The Nutritious Way (est. 2021), Nuala supports individuals in building sustainable, healthy habits through a science-backed, food-first approach that combines practical guidance with compassionate, evidence-based support.
At the heart of her work are two key areas of focus: digestive health and women’s health. Clients often come seeking support in one of these areas, and gain a deeper understanding of how nutrition and lifestyle factors can influence overall wellbeing.
Nuala takes an insight-led approach to her work, using personalised nutrition guidance and practical strategies to support individual goals. Her services include bespoke meal plans designed to keep clients nourished, energised, and on track, alongside short- and long-term 1:1 programmes that support sustainable lifestyle changes.
Known for her ability to translate complex science into simple, actionable steps, Nuala helps individuals build confidence in their food choices and develop habits that support better energy, digestion, and overall wellbeing.
Whether you’re looking to improve your eating habits or feel more balanced in your day-to-day health, Nuala offers personalised support and practical tools to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
After living in Manly, Sydney for nearly four years, Nuala is now based in Saffron Walden (Essex, UK), offering in-person consultations across Cambridge and London, as well as online sessions for clients further afield.
