Founder of The Nutritious Way (est. 2021), Nuala empowers clients to achieve lasting health through a data lead, food-first approach that blends compassion with evidence.
At the heart of her work as a holistic Nutritionist are three key pathways of support: the gut microbiome, hormone balance, and vaginal health. Most packages includes a functional test (valued at £150 -£300) that is sent to your door.

Feeling your best is a journey, and it starts with truly understanding your body; therefore I focus on holistic nutrition to treat the whole body. As a Nutritionist with a strong belief in functional testing, I like to underpin all treatment plans with a relevant functional test (gut microbiome, DUTCH or vagina microbiome). This allows us to uncover what’s going on beneath the surface. From the test selection, we follow one of three key pathways: gut health, hormone balance, or vaginal health.
I'm based in Saffron Walden (Essex, UK) and run a mainly online clinic, meaning most sessions take place over video call.
