The pay-as-you-go option to begin your health journey with a Nutritionist consultation. This 55 minute consultation takes place via secure video call and gives us the chance to dive into your symptoms, health history, and goals.
After the consultation, you’ll receive a personalised treatment plan with clear recommendations to get you started.
💡 You can upgrade to a package at any time for more ongoing support and better value.
My clients often experience symptoms like these:
- Gut Health: Digestive discomfort (bloating, gas, reflux, constipation, diarrhoea), sensitivities to certain foods, low immunity
- Hormone Health: Low energy/fatigue, hormone imbalance, weight gain or weight loss, menopause, PMS, PMDD
- Vagina Health: Recurrent infections (e.g. Thrush, UTIs), discomfort, dryness, other vaginal concerns
