The 4 Week Package is a focused reset designed to give you insights into your hormones and other biomarkers to provide a comprehensive picture of a your endocrine and metabolic health. 

We’ll use a functional test called the DUTCH Test; which analyses sex hormones (like oestrogen, progesterone, and testosterone), adrenal hormones (such as cortisol), melatonin, and organic acids, including markers for B vitamins, neurotransmitters, and oxidative stress. The test uses dried urine samples to measure how hormones are metabolised and eliminated throughout the day and night. 

This test is helpful to understand cases such as PMS, PMDD, menopause journey or if you feel your hormones are all over the place.

• 🩺 1x Initial Consultation (55 mins): This is where we get into your story. At the end of this session, you’ll receive actionable notes outlining small but impactful adjustments to focus on in the 3–4 weeks while the lab processes your results.
• 📊 1x Results Review (55 mins):
  • Ahead of your session, I will carefully review your DUTCH results in detail, research the latest evidence, and create a comprehensive interpretation that considers your health story from the initial consultation and intake forms.
  • During our session, we’ll go through your results in plain language, highlighting key patterns and root causes such as cortisol rhythm, sex hormone balance, melatonin trends, and metabolic markers, and translate these insights into practical next steps.
  • You’ll leave with a personalised, detailed treatment plan summarising your results, insights, and actionable recommendations, giving you a clear roadmap to support your hormone health and overall wellbeing.
