Nourish & Natter is a relaxed weekly get together where we chat all things food, nutrition and wellbeing over a cuppa. Part nutrition workshop, part community catch up - it's practical advice, myth-busting, recipe ideas and genuine connection, all in one session.
Perfect if you want to get a handle on your health but aren't quite sure where to start. No jargon, no judgement - just clear, evidence-based guidance in a warm, welcoming setting.
How it works:
- 45 minutes: nutrition workshop covering practical, everyday topics
- 15 minutes: open Q&A & discussion
- Natter time, with a hot drink included

- Price: £10 per session, or £100 for the full 11 weeks (save £10)
