Nourish & Natter is a weekly nutrition workshop with a warm, welcoming feel. Each session, we cover a practical topic - from meal planning to gut health - with clear, evidence-based advice you can actually use. Then we open it up: questions, discussion, recipe ideas, and a proper catch-up over a cuppa.

Perfect if you want to get a handle on your health but aren't quite sure where to start. 

The hour breaks down as:

  • 45 minutes: nutrition workshop covering practical, everyday topics
  • 15 minutes: open Q&A & discussion
  • Natter time, with a hot drink included

Details:

  • Location: Jubilee Hub, Saffron Walden
  • Dates: Mondays, 21st September – 30th November (11 weeks)
  • Time: 4pm - 5pm, Mondays
  • Price: £7 per session (drop in), or £66 for all 11 weeks - a saving of £11 on the full course

11 Week Course Agenda: 

Each week includes a couple of simple, seasonal recipe ideas to try at home - tying that week's topic into something practical for your kitchen. 

Week 1: Why Food Choices Matter
Explore how food, movement, hydration and seasonality work together - and pick up simple daily checks (like urine colour and eating the rainbow) that build the foundations for the weeks ahead.
