  • Week 3: Micronutrients & the Power of Whole Foods: Discover the nutrients that quietly run everything and why whole foods deliver them better than anything else. 
  • Week 4: Meal Planning & Making It Stick: Build a practical weekly rhythm with batch cooking, repeatable meals, and a system that works around real life. 30 minute check in call. 
  • Week 5: Introduction to Gut Health: Why It Matters: Understand your gut microbiome, what it influences beyond digestion, and why the foundations you've built already matter.
  • Week 6: Gut Health & Diversity: The 30 Plant Principle: Learn why dietary variety is one of the most powerful things you can do for your gut and how to make it easy. 30 minute check in call. 
  • Week 7: Probiotics: What They Are & How to Use Them: Cut through the noise on probiotics, fermented foods, and supplements and learn what actually makes a difference.
  • Week 8: Prebiotics & Fibre: Feeding Your Gut: Discover the foods that nourish a healthy microbiome and why most people aren't getting nearly enough of either. 30 minute check in call. 
  • Week 9: The Gut-Brain Connection: Explore how your mental state affects your digestion and how your gut health shapes your mood more than you might think.
  • Week 10: Spotlight on Iron: Learn how your nutritional needs shift across your lifetime and how to eat in a way that supports your iron levels.  30 minute check in call. 
  • Week 11: Reading Your Body: Hunger, Energy & Signals: Tune into your body's cues and learn to make intuitive, informed decisions about food - without rules or restriction.
  • Week 12: Your Foundations for Life: A full recap, a review of what's shifted, and a clear personalised plan for maintaining your foundations independently. 30 minute check in call.

£445 in full or spread across three payments: £230 at enrolment, £100 at week 4, £100 at week 8.
