The 4-Week Intensive is a focused reset designed to give you clarity and a personalised plan, fast. We’ll use a functional test (Vaginal Microbiome Check) to uncover what’s really happening in your body, then create an express treatment roadmap to get you started. 

In addition to my Nutritionist qualifications, I have completed further training via Dr. Moira's "Vagiversity"; which is a six month education and mentoring program for practitioners who want to up skill in the world of genitourinary microbiome health.

• 💡 Review of Intake Forms: Before we meet, I’ll thoroughly review your completed forms, including your symptoms, reproductive and sexual health history, medications, diet, and lifestyle factors — giving me the full picture of your vaginal and overall health.
• ✔ Comprehensive Vaginal Health Test Dispatched to Your Door (worth £150 — postage & packing included). You’ll receive your test kit with everything you need to collect and return your sample. The test provides detailed insights into your vaginal microbiome, pH balance, and potential imbalances that may be affecting your health and wellbeing.
• 🩺 1× Initial Consultation (55 mins): This is where we explore your story in detail, discussing your symptoms, health goals, and lifestyle factors. At the end of the session, you’ll receive actionable notes with small but impactful adjustments to focus on while your test is being processed.
• 📊 1× Results Review (55 mins): Ahead of your session, I will carefully review your test results, research the latest evidence, and create a detailed interpretation that considers your health story from the initial consultation and intake forms. During the session, we’ll go through your results in plain language, identify key patterns, potential imbalances, and root causes, and translate these insights into practical next steps. You’ll leave with a personalised, detailed treatment plan summarising your results, insights, and actionable recommendations - giving you a clear roadmap to support your vaginal and overall health.
