Practical nutrition, community & a cuppa.

Each week, local Nutritionist Nuala covers a practical nutrition topic (e.g. protein intake, meal planning, gut health, iron intake) with clear, evidence-based advice you can actually use - the kind of thing that's easy to nod along to online but hard to stick with on your own.

Then we open it up: questions, discussion, recipe ideas, and a proper catch-up over a cuppa, because it's a lot easier to build a habit when you've got a group cheering you on and a familiar face to ask afterwards.

Key takeaway: A handful of simple, everyday checks and habits that give you a real sense of how your choices affect your health, starting today.
Week 2: Macronutrients: Fuelling Your Body Right

Key takeaway: The confidence to include protein, carbs and fat in every meal without second-guessing yourself.
Week 3: Micronutrients & the Power of Whole Foods
Discover the nutrients that quietly run everything and why whole foods deliver them better than anything else.

Discover the foods that nourish a healthy microbiome and why most people aren't getting nearly enough of either.
Key takeaway: Practical ways to hit your fibre target every day, and the foods that feed your good gut bacteria.
