These Terms govern all services offered by The Nutritious Way, including 1:1 nutrition consultations, programmes, corporate services, functional testing, digital products, workshops, bespoke meal plans, and all content provided via this website.

1. Who We Are

The Nutritious Way is operated by Nuala McBride, a UK-based registered Nutritionist trading as a sole trader (“The Nutritious Way”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.

All content is for general information and educational purposes only. It may change without notice.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, text, images, graphics, videos, PDFs, downloads, and materials on this website are owned by or licensed to The Nutritious Way.

5. Health Disclaimer

All information provided by The Nutritious Way is for educational and informational purposes only.

We do not:

provide medical advice
diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions
replace the advice of a doctor or other regulated medical professional

You must seek advice from your GP or health provider regarding any medical concerns, medications, or conditions before acting on any recommendations.

You agree that you use our services voluntarily and at your own risk.

6. Payments, Bookings & Cancellations

6.1 Payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse a booking until payment is received.

6.2 Cancellations

Consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are charged in full.

6.3 Refunds

Due to the nature of our work, the following are non-refundable:

bespoke meal plans
consultations once delivered
digital products (immediate access/download)
programmes already started
functional testing once the test kit has been ordered or dispatched

If a digital product is faulty or inaccessible, you may request support within 14 days.

6.4 Programme Terms

Programmes may have their own specific terms. These will be provided at the time of purchase and must be followed in addition to these Terms.

7. Digital Products

By purchasing digital products, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use.

You may not:

share, forward, copy, or distribute digital files
resell or commercialise any materials
upload materials to public websites or platforms

We cannot guarantee compatibility with all devices or software.

8. Functional Testing

If functional or laboratory testing is offered:

results are not a diagnosis
interpretation is educational, not medical
delays caused by couriers or the lab are outside our control

Once a test kit is ordered, no refunds can be given.

9. Corporate Services & Events

Corporate nutrition services, workshops, and speaking engagements require a written proposal or agreement.
Cancellations within:

14 days of the event: 50% fee applies
7 days of the event: 100% fee applies

Our website may contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or security of these external websites.

11. Linking to Our Website

You may link to our homepage as long as:

it is fair, legal, and not misleading
it does not suggest endorsement or partnership without permission
the link does not damage our reputation

Some services (e.g., labs, software, payment processors) may be provided through third parties. We are not liable for issues arising from these external providers.
